The house is part of a pioneering, boutique development combining contemporary design with the latest Eco-friendly technologies. The accommodation is set out over 3 floors with a contemporary feel using modern and stylish furnishings and colonial style shutters in all rooms. Ground floor: Through the front door into a small entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. Immediately to the right is a door in to a garage /utility room. This area houses a full size table tennis table for everyone to enjoy, 1adult bike, body boards, kites, beach mats and picnic chairs. Washing machine and tumble drier and drying line for wet suits. Door through to downstairs "Den " Newly decorated with sisal flooring and a lovely cosy feel with two sumptuous sofas ( one of which converts to a sofa bed ).
