Many buyers consider the bedroom one of the most important rooms in the house, regardless of its size there are several improvements that can be made that could significantly increase the price of your house. It can sometimes be as simple as leaving a lasting impression in the buyer so that they can imagine your home becoming their home. Many people are also opting to have a wet room installed into their master suite which is very desirable to many buyers, however, depending on your flat the installation of a wet room can be very pricing and there is no guarantee it will provide great returns. However, all things considered such luxuries are in high demand from buyers and it could be the winning factor that may increase the value of your flat even higher.
Do you have a good view from your bedroom window? If you look onto your garden, make an effort to tidy it up and appeasing to the eye, if you are simply looking down onto another building think about installing a few ledge plants to give a 'greener' impression. Another idea is to place a small potted fern or plant at the entrance of your flat to create a nice first impression.
If you have finished all the longer term amendments to your property and now ready for viewings then the final finishing touches to be made are; ensure it is tidy, place fresh flowers around the flat, if your neighbours can be noisy prior to a viewing go round and politely ask tell them the situation if your still concerned they may scupper all your hard work maybe put some music on- but turn it down low, and finally ensure you are looking presentable for showing prospective buyers around.
